WebCam Capture
What is it?
WebCam Capture allows you to download dynamic images (i.e. web cameras, weather radars, IP cameras) and save them as your desktop wallpaper and/or on your hard drive as an archive.
Note: It's come to my attention that the setup will install a short cut into your Start Menu->Programs->Startup even if you decide not to choose the option. Sadly this is a bug within Visual Studio Project Deployment and there isn't much I can do about it right now. Until then, if you do not wish to have the program to run when you start windows simply delete the shortcut from your Start Menu->Programs->Startup.
